What are the specific dates for the 2026 Sprint?

The 5-day intensive runs from May 11 to May 15, 2026.

Where is the Impact Sprint held?

The core of the sprint is a 100% Online, Global Event utilizing a high-intensity stack of Slack "War Rooms" and Zoom Strategy Suites.

However, for our Impact Partners and Tier-1 Sponsors, we offer the option to host a physical "On-Site War Room."
This allows for a hybrid experience where elite PM Brains and Organization leaders can collaborate in person while remaining synced with our global digital network.

Does my team need to be in the same room?

The next Impact Sprint runs from May 11 to May 15, 2026.

This is a dedicated 5-day block. Applications for both PM Brains and Impact Organizations close on April 20, 2026.

What are the specific dates for the 2026 Sprint?

What technical setup do I need to participate?

A high-speed connection, a private workspace, and a "Deep Work" mindset.

We provide the structural framework, the AI-audit templates, and the collaborative environment. You bring the cognitive engine.

Is this a part-time commitment?

For the Participating Organizations, yes; it requires your full attention.
To move from "Chaos" to an "AI Roadmap" in 5 days, your leadership team must clear their calendars for our synchronous sessions.

For our PM Brains, we respect the reality of the tech world. The sprint is architected as a high-intensity "Strategic Strike."
While you remain in your full-time roles, you commit to dedicated, synchronous "Impact Windows" and asynchronous deep-work blocks to drive the roadmap forward without dropping your professional balls.

How do we handle the "Time Zone Gap"?

We architect the teams based on overlapping "Golden Hours."

We ensure that the critical "Strategic Sprints" happen when both the PM Brains and the Organization leaders are at their peak performance.
