Product League is a global mentoring program for experienced Product Managers. We connect mentees seeking real-world guidance with mentors eager to give back, challenge themselves, and grow as leaders. All within a vibrant, supportive community.

Experienced Product Managers from any industry are welcome to join as mentees, mentors, or teams. We operate in over 30 countries, creating a truly global network.

Yes! Our Leaguers come from a wide range of industries, and our matching algorithm ensures you’ll be paired with someone who understands your unique challenges.

If you have relevant Product Management experience, you are welcome to apply. We review each application to ensure the best fit for the program.

However, please note that Product League is not a job placement program, and your mentor is not here to help you find a job. The program is designed to support your professional growth and development within Product Management, not to serve as a recruiting or job search service.

You’ll gain clarity on your career path, develop new skills, expand your network, and join a supportive community of product leaders.

Simply fill out our online application form. After applications close, our team reviews submissions and notifies accepted Leaguers.

Mentors should have at least 7 years of Product Management experience, or be CPOs/CEOs with significant leadership backgrounds.

Mentees must have a minimum of 2 years of Product Management experience.

In practice, most of our mentees bring significant expertise: the median is 6 years, and participants typically range from 2 to 15 years of experience.

Yes. Mentees need a minimum of 2 years’ experience; mentors need at least 7 years or equivalent leadership experience.

The process typically takes about four weeks from the application deadline.

The mentee fee is $349. Mentors participate for free.

Yes, mentors join Product League at no cost.

The program runs in four-month cycles, twice a year. Leaguers are matched using our proprietary algorithm and participate in regular mentoring sessions, events, and community activities.

You’ll have regular meetings with your mentoring partner, attend community events, and access exclusive resources: all designed to maximize your growth.

We ask Leaguers to commit at least one hour per week, with full engagement for the four-month program.

The meeting frequency and time commitment in Product League are flexible and tailored to each mentoring pair, but there are clear expectations:

Frequency: Meetings typically take place weekly to monthly. Some pairs meet for 30 minutes every week, others for an hour every two weeks, or for two hours once a month.

Time Commitment: The program runs for four months, and participants are expected to commit to the full duration as a professional obligation.

Customization: The exact frequency and duration are decided collaboratively between the mentor and mentee, based on their schedules and goals. The focus is on quality and consistency, not just the number of meetings.

Guidance: Product League is a semi-structured program, so while there’s flexibility, both sides are encouraged to maintain regular, meaningful engagement throughout the four months

We offer educational webinars, inspirational sessions, and fun social gatherings, mostly online but also offline, from time to time.

You’ll have access to a global network of Product Managers, exclusive learning materials, and ongoing support from the Product League team.

We use a dedicated eLearning platform for onboarding and resources, as well as video conferencing tools for meetings.

Currently, our platform is mobile-friendly, but we do not have a standalone app.

Our proprietary algorithm matches Leaguers based on experience, interests, and goals to ensure the best possible partnership.

It considers your background, preferences, and goals to find the most compatible mentoring partner for you.

Matches are made algorithmically to ensure fairness and the best fit, so manual requests are not accepted.

Mentors in Product League provide guidance, share their experiences, and help mentees navigate career challenges.

Importantly, mentors are not coaches: they are not there to simply give answers or prescribe solutions. Instead, their role is to help mentees ask the right questions and empower them to find their own answers. 

This approach encourages self-discovery, critical thinking, and long-term growth, ensuring that mentees develop the confidence and skills to tackle future challenges independently..

Mentees in Product League are expected to actively participate, set clear goals, and take ownership of their growth journey.

Beyond personal development, we believe in a culture of giving as well as receiving: mentees are encouraged to contribute to the community, share insights, and support fellow Leaguers whenever possible.

Commitment is key: mentees are expected to fully engage for the entire four-month program, attend meetings and events regularly, and approach the experience with openness and professionalism. By giving back and staying committed, mentees help create a vibrant, supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

Yes! Our events, forum, and online community offer plenty of chances to connect with other Leaguers.

We encourage active participation, but we understand that life happens.

Most of our events are recorded, and the content is shared with members after each session. This way, you can catch up on anything you missed and continue to stay engaged with the community.
