Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Product League, we maintain an uncompromising standard of high-signal operations to ensure the integrity of our mentorship programs.

Because we invest deep operational resources and initiate customized mentor matching immediately upon registration, all sales are final and all fees are 100% non-refundable.

  1. Absolute Non-Refundability

    The moment you enroll in a Product League program, our team immediately begins the specialized onboarding process and dedicated mentor sourcing tailored to your specific product management profile. Because these administrative and operational costs are instantly incurred and non-recoverable, no refunds, cancellations, or fee reductions will be issued at any stage of the engagement.


  2. The Strict Exception: Reserve Duty

    We do not accommodate general cancellation or refund terms due to broad security situations, general market shifts, or standard "Force Majeure" events. Out of respect and goodwill, the sole exception allowed for altering participation is military Reserve Duty.
    Under this condition, participation may be rescheduled (not refunded) to a future cohort under the following strict criteria:
    • The participant provides at least 14 days’ prior written notice of the official call-up.
    • The revised timeline remains subject to cohort schedules and mentor availability.
    • In the event that a future mutually agreeable date cannot be identified within 12 months, the credit will be considered fully utilized

  3. Mentee Absence and Communication Responsibilities

    Active engagement and responsiveness are fundamental to the success of this program. Product League reserves the right to terminate a mentee's participation and permanently remove them from the program under the following conditions:
    • The mentee is absent from scheduled program activities with no prior notice.
    • The mentee fails to respond to Product League’s outreach efforts across all primary communication channels (including email, LinkedIn, and phone) for a continuous period of 7 days.

  4. In the event of removal due to non-responsiveness, the non-refundability terms remain strictly in effect, and no fees will be returned or credited.

By completing your enrollment and submitting payment, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by these operational terms.
