1. Purpose of the Impact Sprint
The Impact Sprint is a one-week, advisory-only Product readiness sprint delivered by Product League. Its purpose is to help participating organizations clarify a specific Product or user challenge and gain strategic direction.
The Impact Sprint is not an implementation project, consulting engagement, or delivery service.
2. Nature of the Engagement
- Participation does not create a consulting, employment, partnership, or service relationship.
- Product League provides strategic guidance only.
- Participating organizations remain fully responsible for all decisions and implementations following the Sprint.
3. Scope of Work (What the Sprint Is / Is Not)
The Impact Sprint includes:
- Strategic problem framing
- Prioritization guidance
- Product-level recommendations
- High-level roadmap or direction suggestions
The Impact Sprint does not include:
- Product design, engineering, or development
- Implementation or execution
- Ongoing support after the Sprint
- Legal, financial, or technical guarantees
4. Time Commitment (Mandatory)
Each participating organization must:
- Appoint at least one dedicated Point of Contact (POC), and
- Ensure that this POC commits 20–30 working hours across the Sprint week.
Additional team members may participate, but each participating individual is expected to commit the same 20–30 hours. Failure to meet this commitment may result in removal from the Sprint.
5. Responsibilities of the Participating Organization
- Provide a clearly defined Product or user challenge
- Assign a qualified and available POC
- Attend scheduled Sprint sessions
- Provide timely input, feedback, and decisions
- Share accurate and relevant information
- Engage actively and professionally throughout the Sprint
6. Responsibilities of Product League
- Design and structure the Sprint
- Assemble experienced Product Leaders to support the Sprint
- Facilitate structured working sessions
- Provide strategic frameworks and guidance
- Deliver advisory outputs at the end of the Sprint
Product League does not guarantee outcomes or results.
7. Advisory-Only Disclaimer
All recommendations provided during the Impact Sprint are advisory in nature. Participating organizations retain full responsibility for evaluating and implementing recommendations. Product League is not liable for decisions, outcomes, or impacts resulting from participation.
8. Confidentiality
All parties agree to treat non-public information shared during the Sprint as confidential, unless explicitly approved for disclosure.
9. Use of Materials & Public Visibility
- Product League retains full rights to create, publish, and distribute case studies, summaries, posts, and PR materials related to the Impact Sprint.
- Participating organizations may request anonymity in writing prior to publication.
- Sprint outputs may be used internally by the participating organization.
10. Sponsorship Disclosure
The Impact Sprint may be supported by sponsors or underwriters. Sponsors do not participate in Sprint sessions, access organizational data, or influence Sprint content.
11. Cancellation & Withdrawal
Product League may cancel or remove an organization if the organization is unresponsive, the required time commitment is not met, participation quality standards are not upheld, or operational constraints arise.
Participating organizations may withdraw up to 5 business days before the Sprint begins. Late withdrawal may affect eligibility for future participation.
12. Cost
Participation in the Impact Sprint is free of charge. No fees, payments, or financial commitments are required.
13. Limitation of Liability
Product League, its members, mentors, and partners shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the Impact Sprint or subsequent actions taken by participating organizations.
14. Acceptance
By confirming participation, the organization acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
