Option 1: Daily Mission Lead

This is the highest level of authority. You act as the context-owner for the NGO, overseeing the full day of execution and guiding the rotating squads.

The commitment: Full-day residency

You must be present for all 4 meetings that day (Morning Huddle, Shift Alpha, Shift Beta, and Evening Strategy Board).

Requirement: Attendance for the full operational window is mandatory to ensure context continuity.

Option 2: Strategic Board Seat

By selecting this role, you are architecting the long-term vision. You act as the primary strategic guide for the organization during your rotation.

The commitment: Double-meeting commitment

You must be present for both "bookend" sessions (Morning Direction and Evening Strategy) to ensure continuity.

Requirement: Attendance at both morning and evening meetings is mandatory.

Option 3: Active Support Squad (Shift Alpha)

A tactical burst commitment. You help the organization unblock specific technical or product tasks identified in the morning huddle.
