Some Leaguers prefer mentoring with a member of the same gender.
Disclosing your gender isn't required. But, it is important to understand that if your ideal mentoring partner is looking for a match with a peer of the same gender, you will not be matched with them. Simply because your gender is unknown to us.

Dear mentor-to-be, if you and your mentee live in the same country (or even city) it will be easier for you to have offline sessions. However, there is a great benefit in the opportunity to mentor a mentee who is based in a different country.
As well, it's important to mention that although Product League operates in more than 30 countries, we may not have a well-matched mentee for you in your city or even in your country. Who knows? Maybe your career-changer mentee is based in a country you've never even been to before!
